TERMS OF SERVICE

PRICING

Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight and applicable sales tax. Volume pricing is applied automatically based on order quantity. We may change prices at any time; the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies.

ORDERS

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing or product description errors. Where an error is found we will contact you before charging or shipping.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and are typical values, not guarantees for a specific application. Coverage figures are guidelines. Actual coverage depends on substrate, application method and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm a product is suitable for their assembly, and to install it in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the roofing or waterproofing system.

INSTALLATION AND USE 

We sell materials. We do not install them, supervise their installation, or design roofing or waterproofing assemblies. Where a leak detection system is involved, electrical continuity requirements must be coordinated with the leak detection provider before installation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit, cost of removal or replacement of other materials, or damage arising from installation or use.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
