Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND FREIGHT

All prices exclude freight.

The products we sell are heavy. A roll of conductive mesh weighs 50 lb, a pail of conductive primer weighs 55 lb, and pallet-quantity orders routinely exceed 4,000 lb. Freight on goods of this weight cannot be calculated accurately at checkout, so we quote it per order.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Place your order. You are charged for product only.
2. We calculate freight based on the actual shipment weight, quantity and destination.
3. We contact you with the freight cost before anything ships.
4. Once you approve, we ship and invoice the freight separately.

Nothing ships until you have approved the freight cost.

SHIPPING METHOD

Most orders ship LTL freight rather than parcel. Delivery is to a commercial address or jobsite with the means to unload. If you need liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery or a call before delivery, tell us when you order. These carry additional carrier charges and cannot be added after a shipment is booked.

LEAD TIMES 

Stocked items typically ship within 2 to 5 business days of freight approval. Larger quantities may require additional lead time; we will tell you before you approve freight.

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY BEFORE YOU SIGN

This matters more than anything else on this page. You must inspect the shipment and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing it. A signed clear delivery receipt means the carrier delivered in good condition, and freight claims are effectively impossible afterwards. Photograph anything that looks wrong before the driver leaves.

COLD WEATHER

Conductive primer is water-based and will be destroyed by freezing. A frozen pail splits open. We monitor conditions and may hold shipments during freezing weather. If you ask us to ship into freezing conditions anyway, you accept the risk of freeze damage in transit.
